SIMSfit was created in 2008 when I wanted to offer fitness training outside of the “gym” atmosphere.

Food and Fitness are my passions! My goal is to inspire, motivate and educate as many people as I can, towards a healthier lifestyle.

My studio allows me to provide a private focused and safe environment for you to train in.

I will effectively design a program specifically for you through an initial fitness assessment. I use an integrated training system that combines many forms of training that will take you through progressive stages of flexibility, cardiovascular, core, balance & resistance.

Every BODY is different and everyone has different goals. Some want to lose weight, some want to tone and some just want to be able to move easier. No matter what your goal is, I want you to believe in yourself and commit to that goal. I believe in you and I am committed to you and your personal fitness goals all the way!
