About Emily

I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years. I was drawn to yoga during the stresses of college and found it both relaxed and invigorated me.
I also found that it gave me a newfound ease in my body that increased my energy levels and boosted my confidence. I became so passionate about yoga I earned my teaching certificate from Village Yoga in Modesto in 2007. I teach a hatha yoga class focusing on alignment, breath, and relaxation.
