HATHA YOGA

 

Come experience the joy of yoga! Yoga is for everybody, regardless of flexibility or experience. In fact, yoga can increase flexibility, help with weight loss, decrease depression and anxiety, encourage better sleep, and boost confidence. Yoga is also the perfect antidote for stress. You’ll leave each class feeling clear, refreshed, and relaxed!

 

Emily teaches hatha yoga classes inspired by the tradition of Iyengar yoga. This yoga is for every body. Props are used and modifications given so that every person can find the energetic balance of each pose. This is an alignment-based class with thoughtful sequencing and individual attention given to each student.
